Chasing the Rainbows provides trauma informed grief support services including: Daily virtual perinatal bereavement support groups led by volunteers with lived experience; Peer Mentorship providing one on one support with phone and text check ins; Individual Trauma Therapy from experts in grief and trauma to provide accessible care without delays or barriers; Yoga and Meditation through on demand videos and live virtual sessions; Online community of private facebook groups; Self care packages to help care for oneself during grief; Cry it Out Loud! Podcast sharing life after loss stories and information from medical experts; and Community Events and Public Outreach to education, advocate and honor survivors and their babies lost.
