Human Resources Coordinator

Private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates health related services in 24 counties in central PA, seeks a highly motivated individual for full-time Human Resources Coordinator position. Responsibilities include the coordination of recruitment activities, adherence to compliance related items, maintenance of employee files and a variety of administrative duties. College degree or minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role (human resources experience preferred). Candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication and organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
